Return and refund policies

 Timeframe

Customers need to initiate the return process within 7 days after receiving delivery.

What’s Eligible For Return?

Damaged - If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition, customers can choose to return the item

Defective - If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing.

Difference - If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item description on our website on the invoice.

Missing - If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing, customers can contact Meshable to deliver missing items or initiate return. We would request you to consider human error and rightfully ask for missing items instead of return.

What’s NOT Eligible For Return?

Installation Issues - Customer’s inability to get the product assembled & wall mounting, customer can contact Meshable for guidance on assembly and installation.

Relocation - After an item has been delivered in perfect condition, subsequently dismantling of the item for relocation, reassembly etc, Meshable will not be responsible for any damage to the product.

How to initiate a Return Request ?

• Go to my orders and Copy order number
• Connect with us on support@meshable.in with subject : RETURN
• Please describe your grievance. Your return request will be considered with highest urgency if you provide us with photographs of the product issue to support the reason for return.
• Our customer support team will connect with you within 72 hours.

Cash on delivery (COD)

• Every cash on delivery order will bare additional charge of Rs.49/- (as per updated policy)
• COD option will not be available for total order amounting to/ above Rs. 2999/-
• COD is available for orders from certain pincodes.
• Orders placed with COD must be confirmed by the customer through a verification process, which may include a phone call or email confirmation, if not verified, we will not be in position to confirm the order.
• Payment must be made in cash only at the time of delivery
• The delivery address provided must be accurate and complete with landmarks, house number and pincode.
• If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery without a valid reason, they may be restricted from using COD for future orders.

Refund - Mode of the payment

• Once the item is canceled or returned, the refund is processed after the product is returned and inspected.
• In case of the online payment - Refund will be processed of eligible amount to the same account.
• In case of the COD - Customer will have to provide bank transfer details via email.

Refund - Timeline

Once the refund is initiated, the refund amount gets credited to the customer selected mode of payment in 14 business days.
